​As principal of Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. and part of the Tax Consulting and Compliance Department, David specializes in corporate and individual tax compliance, consulting and planning.

David earned his B.S. degree in Accounting and his Masters of Accountancy; specializing in taxation, both from Bowling Green State University.
​
Professionally, David is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania & Ohio Society of CPA’s.
PERSONAL
David lives in Erie with his wife and twin boys. In addition to spending time with family, David enjoys playing golf and watching sports.
